3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Taask, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, personal injury, or property damage resulting from, or in connection with, your booking and receipt of services from independent providers.
4 Accidental Damage Cover
While we offer a customer satisfaction promise and a Damage Guarantee up to ₹10,000 for accidental damage caused during standard jobs (subject to validation), this is the absolute maximum limit of our commercial liability for any claims.

Although we make every effort to display correct prices, descriptions, and user ratings, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information provided by providers or users on the website.
