1 Service Cancellation by Customer
• Customers may cancel a service request before the service provider has been assigned without any cancellation charges.
• If a cancellation is made after a service provider has been assigned or scheduled, cancellation charges may apply.
• Repeated cancellations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on future bookings.
2 Service Cancellation by Day Taask
Day Taask reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to:
• Unavailability of service professionals
• Safety concerns
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, any eligible advance payment will be refunded.
3 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
• Service could not be delivered due to provider unavailability.
• Duplicate payment was made by the customer.
• Incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error.
• Service was cancelled by Day Taask before completion.
4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided when:
• The service has been successfully completed.
• The customer is dissatisfied due to reasons outside the agreed scope of work.
• Incorrect booking details were provided by the customer.
• Cancellation is made after the service has been completed.
5 Service Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the matter and may, at our sole discretion:
• Arrange a re-service visit
• Offer partial compensation
• Provide another appropriate resolution
6 Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
